Education and Training

Lexi Core Systems LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Lexi Core Systems LLC,” the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is a direct-to-consumer education and training company. We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program, or money-making system.

We believe that with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisions; however, we do not and cannot guarantee success in investing. We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return on investment claims, or claims that our training will make you any money.

Training generally includes a hybrid of education, training, and tools and/or resources. All materials are intellectual property and protected by copyright law. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical investment discussed in the training will achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable manner.

Using borrowed money to invest in education, training, or other products or services—particularly at high interest rates—may significantly reduce potential returns or result in losses exceeding your initial investment.

If you are unable to make required payments to lenders, you may incur additional fees and damage to your credit profile.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

To continually improve the customer experience, the Company may survey customers periodically. Not all customers who purchase or attend training fully implement or complete the materials, and some may participate for educational purposes only.

Testimonials and reviews represent individual experiences and personal opinions. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including individual effort, time, skill level, market conditions, and other unknown variables.

The Company does not track or verify customers’ monetary results. Instead, surveys focus on customer satisfaction with education, training, support, and overall experience. Survey respondents typically rate the Company’s products and services highly; however, these ratings do not guarantee similar results for all users.

By submitting a survey response, you confirm that your feedback accurately reflects your experience and that you have not received any financial incentive for providing positive feedback. You grant the Company permission to publish aggregated, non-identifiable feedback across its websites, materials, and online platforms. Personally identifiable information will not be published.
